Mauritius Beaches Accommodation
The Long Beach
East Coast, Mauritius
The Long Beach recently opened on the east coast of Mauritius bringing with it relaxed piazza-style living to the longest and widest stretch of powdery white coastline of all of Mauritius. A tropical lagoon with crystal-clear waters and rare coral formations lies just beyond the beach and is a snorkelling paradise. Every one of the 255 rooms has a view of the ocean and is chic and contemporary in design.
North East Coast, Mauritius
Legends, on the north coast of Mauritius, stretch languorously on a beach coiled around various coves. Located close to the vibrant town of Grand Baie, the resort offers guests four swimming pools as well as a spa pool and three beaches. In feng shui, great emphasis is placed on the five elements of water, earth, wood, fire and metal, and on the importance of colours, and this is reflected in the decor throughout the hotel. Legends is the only feng shui hotel in the Indian Ocean.
